4.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available only to Members wh o have completed KYC verification and whose account is in good standing. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where operationally possible, to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) protocols.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. Standard withdrawal requests submitted during WIB business hours (08.00–22.00 WIB) are typically processed within 15 minutes to 4 hours for local bank transfers. Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or wallet held in the Member's own name. Any deposit received from a third-party source may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
